Search home listings in Real Time. Shopping for a new home is always an exciting time, and I hope that we can connect soon so I can learn more about what you’re looking for and help you in your search.
To that end, I wanted to give you a few tips about finding new properties on my website:
Save your searches
You can save any number of searches and get signed up for automatic updates whenever there’s a new listing matching your requirements. Use the filters available to make sure only the homes that you’ll be interested in appear in your search. If you’re serious about buying a new home, that’s the best way to make sure you never miss a new listing.
Heart your favorite homes
Keep an eye on any listings that you’re interested in by clicking on the heart icon and saving the listing to your favorites. Whether you’re just trying things on for size to try and narrow down what you’re really looking for, or if you are hoping to view the property in person, building a favorites list can help you stay organized as you look at new homes.
Search on your mobile devices
Visit my website on your phone or tablet whenever you’re looking for homes on the go. The site is mobile optimized, and you’ll find all of the same powerful search features available right at your fingertips, including the ability to define a search boundary by drawing it right on the map! This can be especially helpful if you’re not sure what neighborhood you want to live in yet. Go out and tour the area, and when you find something you like, create a new search right away.
